APEC

The objective of this straightforward application developed for APEC (Association for the Employment of Executives) is to provide lone workers (staff based in local agencies) with a rapid means of calling for emergency assistance. The tool serves to deter potential aggression through pre-configured emergency numbers and automated email alerts.

Application Interfaces:

• Main Dashboard: Features the primary SOS button, which triggers calls and sends SMS/emails to predefined contacts. The smartphone is designed to keep the application open on this specific screen for immediate access.
• Emergency Configuration: A setup screen for emergency numbers and emails, ensuring alerts are instantly dispatched upon pressing the SOS button.
• Call History: A dedicated interface displaying call logs and detailed emergency event data.

Our Role in this Project:

• Mobile App Design: Presentation of UI designs via Invision for client feedback and validation.
• Mobile Application Development for iOS & Android.

This application was deployed internally to employee smartphones (In-House distribution) and not published on the public App Store.
