Clinique du Val

This custom mobile application project equipped all rooms and every patient at the clinic with Android tablets. A dedicated Wi-Fi network was installed within the facility to support the application’s requirements.
The tablet application for clinic patients:
The application, which remains constantly displayed on the tablet for ease of use, offers patients two primary actions:
- An “Alert” button that notifies nurses in case of need or emergency.
The app can be configured during initial installation or via a hidden function to assign a specific floor, room, and bed, allowing nurses to instantly identify the source of the call. - A “Need Help” button that calls the housekeeping staff.
The tablet application for nurses:
Each floor of the clinic features a dedicated staff room equipped with a tablet running a specific interface.
On this application, nurses can monitor every room on their floor. Rooms are color-coded: green (all clear) or red (alert).
As soon as an alert signal is emitted from a room, a loud alarm sounds in the staff room, and the corresponding room turns red on the display.
The smartphone application for housekeeping:
Housekeeping staff use a dedicated smartphone application (Android) to receive all assistance requests from patients.
The app provides a list of active requests and sends a notification for every new call. Once a request has been handled, it is cleared from the list.
