Top 12 most beautiful soccer club websites
On the eve of the Champions League final, which will see Man City face off against Chelsea’s Blues, we’re going to pass the time by counting down the top 12 most beautiful football club websites.
The only criterion for this ranking: subjectivity. Just like in football, passion will be the judge 😍
More seriously, to create this list, we considered the following criteria:
- Design freshness (a design that aligns with current trends).
- A design that elegantly integrates the club’s colors and personality.
- A design that showcases a sufficient number of elements on its homepage.
- Overall design consistency (how harmoniously all design elements fit together).
- Content must be easily readable and accessible.
- The site must display correctly on mobile devices.
- And finally, the opinion of the Aventique team.
In this ranking, we only took into account the websites of clubs belonging to the “Big Five” leagues for the 2020/2021 season: Premier League, Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, and our dear Ligue 1.
12 – Leicester

The Foxes’ club has a site that works well. The blocks on the homepage are well-structured, and the club’s colors are harmoniously distilled across the various elements of the page.
11 – West Bromwich Albion

The design of the West Bromwich Albion site is very interesting. Original and modern are the two adjectives that came to mind. The vertical stripes present in the club’s logo are integrated into the different sections of the homepage.
10 – AC Milan

The Rossoneri site is bellissimo. The designers have successfully alternated white space and content, which looks great on screen. Additionally, the site offers diverse content on its homepage, which will delight all types of visitors. Finally, the photo of the young AC Milan academy player won our team’s hearts.
9 – Bayern Munich

The Bavarians manage to convey the full scale of the club through the screen. The homepage skillfully touches on the club’s history without forgetting to talk about the present. Browsing the Bayern site is a real pleasure, thanks to its airy and clear design.
8 – PSG

A clean and elegant design! We wanted to describe the site with more words, but these two are more than enough.
7 – OM

Let’s go straight to the point: you can feel a specific atmosphere—we are in Marseille! #DroitAuBut 😅
6 – AS Monaco

A site full of detail and very well-polished. The Monégasques have really done their homework, and the result is well worth the visit.
5 – Man Utd

A visually pleasing site characterized by the use of rounded edges, which works well. Aesthetically, the homepage is attractive; the only drawback is the lack of diversity in the content presented.
4 – Burnley

The great success of the Burnley site designers is their use of the club’s already beautiful colors. The homepage offers versatile content, always with a lovely layout.
3 – Sheffield United

The combination of black and red on the Sheffield site works very well. The elements are arranged melodiously. We really loved this website 🥰
It’s a shame their performances in the Premier League this year weren’t on par with their design.
2 – Man City

The Citizens’ site isn’t revolutionary in its design, but it does the job well. The sections are clear, the content is easily readable, and the design is attractive. In short, the Man City site is simple and effective.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Leonardo da Vinci
1 – Inter Milan

The Nerazzurri site is one of the most aesthetic sites in our selection. Blue and black, the club’s two colors, are used gracefully together to form a beautiful digital canvas.
From what we’ve seen, the Premier League is the championship with the most aesthetically interesting websites. The least favored league, in our opinion, is La Liga.
And you, which football club sites do you like the most?
