WO OK Market

An e-commerce application specialized in grocery and Asian food products. Key features include: Home delivery, Click & Collect, and Pay & Go.

This application was developed using React Native for iOS & Android, along with a tablet-based back-office deployed in-store and in the warehouse.

Key features of the application:

• Browse product categories with keyword search functionality; selecting a category directs the user to the corresponding products.
• One-click “Add to Cart” functionality for single or multiple products.
• Detailed product screens displaying full information, quantity selection, and a “similar products” recommendation section.
• Dedicated section for promotional items with discounts ranging from 30% to 50%.
• “My Cart” screen allowing users to review their selection, add/remove items, adjust quantities, and proceed to checkout.
• Management of promo codes and store credits.
• Flexible shopping options: choose a fulfillment method (Delivery / Click & Collect) and payment method (Credit Card / Check / Cash) before finalizing the order.
• Order history with a “Quick Reorder” feature to bypass the standard shopping process, and an integrated claims system for reporting order issues.
• Side menu for profile management, payment method updates, delivery address editing, “Pay & Go” access, Terms and Conditions, and logout.
• “Pay & Go” feature: allows users to add products to their cart by scanning them via the mobile app in-store, bypassing the traditional checkout counter.
• Development of a tablet back-office application for order reception, receipt printing, driver assignment, promo code management, and sales analytics.

Our role in this project:

• Hybrid development using React Native and PHP Laravel.
• Scoping, production of detailed functional specifications, and UI mockup design.
• Publication on the App Store & Google Play Store.
